Beim ersten der vier Teilnehmer, "TC", handelt es sich um Thomas Campbell, der damals als Physiker an der technischen Einrichtung des Monroe-Instituts maßgeblich beteiligt war.
Campbell berichtet
- von einem verheerenden Erdbeben "im April" (bei 3:01 und 3:11 min) eines Jahres, das eine Flut-Katastrophe sowohl an der Ostküste der USA, als auch in Europa (England, Irland) zur Folge haben wird (in einem späteren Interview, s.u.: "big wave toward Europe, England, Ireland", bei 1:05 bis 2:25 min)
- von einer ungewöhnlichen Erdbeben-Serie weltweit in Folge [das steht im Gegensatz zu der Idee EINES "Weltbebens"]
- von einer Kontinentaldrift West- und Mitteleuropas von Nord nach Süd.
Als Datum für diese Ereignisse nannte er zunächst die Zeitangaben "in der nächsten Dekade" [12 Jahre ab 1976] und "Mitte der 80er Jahre", betonte aber in einer späteren Stellungnahme, daß diese Aussagen erst nach beharrlichem Drängen Robert Monroes auf eine Zeitangabe mitgeteilt wurden (ab 14:30 min), während er selbst keinerlei Anhaltspunkte für das Jahr, wohl aber für den Monat (April) hatte und gibt (bei 7:50 min) zu bedenken, daß seiner Erfahrung nach falsche Zeitangaben mitgeteilt werden, abhängig von der Motivation dessen, der danach forscht.

TC: 04:09 : Yes, it has a strange [...] indentation, almost like a "V", [...] cutout off west central united states. (Excuse me, reporting.)
04:30 : The quake thats going [...] three months ... California is not going to be the the major one ... it's not going to be the worst one [...] a major quake by standards of people living there.
04:59 : The rest of the US will experience [...] over a one-year-period ... most of the dramatic geological changes would [...]
05:28 : Meanwhile a very unusual enlarged number of earthquakes will be happening worldwide.
Frage RM : ...?
TC 05:58 : Western Europe will shift southward toward africa, the mediterranean will shrink, will closeup to a large extend.
06:16 : I see most of the change being taken around the .. in the mediterranean area ... southern europe ... it look like most ... looks like england and that part of northern and central europe all survives alright, it is the whole thing that's shifting southward, of course a lots of changes from a global viewpoint don't look that large but i'm sure from a local viewpoint will be quite significant and quite massive.
07:10 : But right now i'm looking at a globe of the earth and it's turning slowly, and as it turns i see the changes. So i'm get a very macroscopic view.
07:35 : Water opens up [...] mediterranean [...] down to a smaller body of water, it extends further to the east and ... covers ... covers quite a bit of land it's now at the east of the mediterranean. And also like through the suez canal. Canal become ... not really a canal anymore ... it open up to a larger body of water.

TC: Okay, [...] lakes. Black sea, caspian sea area ... seem to grow much larger. Most of russia looks unchanged on a ... again on a global scale mostly [...] the landmass rather than detail. China and south-east asia is altered quite a bit, china in particularly. Backoff a little bit further.
10:07 : Seems like a great deal of south-eastern china exchanged land for water ... There will be new islands created and [...] submerged in general
throughup the oceans.
