Glaubst Du als Profi denn, das man eine Armee gezielt so reduzieren kann, dass sie in kürzester Zeit wieder in voller Grösse herstellbar wäre? Im Kalten Krieg gabs ja auch entsprechende Mobilmachungspläne. Wäre es aus Deiner Sicht denn denkbar, dass die Rote Armee bewusst in solcher Weise reduziert wurde? Also Reduzierung eben nicht, weil kein Geld da war oder man keine Armee mehr brauchte, sondern einfach weil es aussenpolitisch zeitweise opportun war abzurüsten oder zumindest Abrüstung vorzutäuschen?
