Ungewöhnlicher USAF-Betrieb auf Flughafen Bourgas/Rumänien?

Hier der Einfachheit halber eine Kopie aus einem amerikanischen Forum:

4 u.s. air force cargo planes were unloaded today in our airport / bourgas bulgaria/. the strange think is that they were full of canned food and water. and there are few american soldiers left here after the strikes against iraq. but now since last week this is the 10th plain that unload food in the us base!!!

Läuft denn die Versorgung der im Irak stationierten Soldaten über Bulgarien?
Oder haben die anderes, noch Schlimmeres vor?
