...About 3-4 days ago, the older one of the band killed the younger one. I believe at close range with a pistol. I see the body of the younger man dumped along the highway at the top of a road crossing over a main highway...

No glasses. Short, almost spiky butch haircut. Small, downward slice scar under left eye...from childhood accident. Right arm has a very unique eagle tattoo at the top of the right shoulder.
Eliz:
Between 5' 8" and 6' tall, he has blondish - brown hair and sniffs a lot.
