Das ist schon vom Satzbau auf Frankreich bezogen. Aber deutlicher wird es hierdurch:

"France is at the brink of big Political changes.
The man who wanted to be The King of Europe is about to fall. Relations with
England, The Netherlands, Italy and more countries in Europe will be worse and
worse. The people of France will ask him to leave. A young man comes in his
place. Relations with other countries will be better."

Tut mir leid, aber für mich ist das eindeutig auf Frankreich bezogen.
