Schön wäre es, wenn in den USA die freie Rede wirklich frei wäre. Die Provider und Hoster schränken ein. Mal von diverser Pornografie und Copyright-Sachen abgesehen, hier ein paar Auszüge aus den AUPs:

Dissemination of deliberately offensive material, including any message or information that is or may be threatening, libelous,obscene, or harassing.

Für deutsche Staatsbürger gelten natürlich weiterhin die deutschen Gesetze unabhängig vom Serverstandort. Die Haftung für manche Dinge, kann in den USA deutlich höher sein als in Deutschland.
