Cheney's chart is being very much stressed by the planets in the heavens and now by this Full Moon. The Full Moon takes place in his 10th House of public standing and is involved in a dangerous Grand Cross. This could mean more health problems for him or problems in regard to the Fitzgerald investigation. There's talk the last few days that Cheney may be indicted.
Bush will not have an easy month either. The Full Moon exactly conjuncts his Uranus and North Node, with the liklihood of something of a very disruptive nature transpiring for him. The North Node has rulership over Karma as well. The source of the problem will most likely be Cheney or Rove. Mars has now gone direct and is in Bush's 10th House of the presidency and public standing. Mars is an aggressive planet and is known to be a "kicker" to set off events. There will be a lot of hostility directed at him or from him.
I mapped out the planetary positions for the Full Moon with AstroCartoGraphy. The Full Moon line runs through SW to NE Washington state, all of mid Africa, Eastern Indonesia, Hong Kong and further north, Perth, Australia and in a straight line up to the North coast of Australia. These areas will be sensitive and are known to be quake areas. Weather issues could be important as well.
