I´m sorry I took so long to post. I haven´t been able to sleep tonight. What I was told today in our meeting has blown my mind. I expected to get a meeting based on projections of a harsh winter. Instead we were briefed by some national security people about something you´d think was science fiction.

First of all. I don´t know who Sherry Shriner is, I have never heard of her. Secondly, I am not geologist, or a meteorologist. I can barely spell those as it is. I am just someone who operates heavy machinery, excavation tools and such. I have some knowledge of explosives as well, I was trained heavily in first aid. I was a jack of all trades, but a master of none. I just usually do as I´m told and don´t ask questions. Probably why I´ve been around as long as I have been through all the different agencies over the years. They move me around alot. To be honest I am pretty good with computers because I started playing games on them when the C=64 came out and have been hooked on some of them over the years. Mostly role playing games. This is how I gained my ability to type and use the internet.

Also about the Ski Dos I dont know which brand name I just saw some logo that reminded me of ski dos. It could be polaris. What is coming though I really doubt it matters what brand name it is.

Getting back to the point. God, I don´t think I"m ever going to be able to live my life normally again. I can´t go back. I hate to keeping thinking of what I was told today. I think back to the simplicity of just coming home from work, and just goofing off without a worry in a world. Now it will never be the same.

Today, most of us were briefed on something I´d think I´d read in some sci fi novel, if I read them.

I´ll try to spell it out in order. Keep in mind, I highly doubt this was a prank, because of the seriousness of this closed door meeting. It looks like we are the core of some people they trust highly.

I´ll try to keep this specific as possible without giving away names and places. I don´t want to get in deep shit over this. I was warned not to disclose this, but to be honest our government is so busy right now dealing with other things I doubt they´ll notice a little website like this.

We had several scientists and several military people give us a presentation today about a possible future for us.

It started off with a brief history story about some ancient maniscripts pieced together over time. They revealed that they had excavated several areas in the USA near Illinois, Missouri and Tennesee that had ancient artifacts and writings that pointed to an earlier civilization that was on the planet. These tablets referred to another place in Egypt where more information was held and another place in South America. They said the South American spot was too densely forested and unreachable for them to get to at the moment. They said they were able to get into the "chamber" and recover most of the info from Egypt secretly and recover artifacts there as well.

They went on about how this ancient civilization was pretty much wiped out, but remnants of the people spread throughout the planet and eventually repopulated. There was some massive planet wide catastrophe.

Here is where it gets wierd. They showed us a Map of Antarctica, that was made in the 1500´s showing its landmass perfectly. It can´t be mapped out because it was covered in ice and only ground penetrating radar can get the detailed outline of the map.

They showed the Wooly Mammoth how it was flash frozen with green deciduous (spelling sorry) plants in its stomach in a place now where its too cold for there to be plants.

They showed an article from Einstein talking about how the planet is like an Orange with its skin loosely held.

They talked about some Mayan Calendar, and pictures of an angry Mayan sun, and some monuments in France or something.

Most of this stuff went over my head.

Then they talked about how every so often our magnetic poles "shift" but not reverse. They said that the anomoly that is "Magnetic North" actually does become our true pole every several thousand years.

This geologist came in and talked about how the way several mountains were raised and folded over as well as certain iron content in some rocks showed how often these "Shifts" happen.

They said that the interior of the Earth is spinning very fast which gives us our magnetic field, but every so often the Sun freaks out and hits the Earth so strong that is nullifies our field for a short period of time, affecting our gravity. The crust of the planet or skin of the orange breaks free from the spin of the inside of the Earth.

THen they showed documents showing that the Maya at one point talked about a time when the Sun did not rise for 24 hours or more, and how they had to pray for it to come back up. When it did, there were droughts and famine and it eventually led to the downfall of several large cities in South America.

Then they showed parts of the Bible where the Sun was OUT for over 24 hours to help in some battle.

They said that there are several cycles many of the races that survived have put into their calendars. They said after that time, they started to build monuments, to re-track the skies and patterns and solstices to figure out how to deal with their new climates and seasons, as their latitudes changed. They explained how Stonehenge was one of those places people set up to try and figure out the seasons.

They explained why the huge fascination with all these cultures around the world with Astrology. They worked on ways of encoding their monuments with warnings as to the next time this would happen.

They said that most of these calendars and monuments and texts were all pointing towards 2012.

BUT...... They said that our calendar was wrong, and it was actually more between 2006-2008 that this would happen. They made reference to how when "Jesus" would come back it would be before anyone expected it, like a theif in the night. But they made a joke about this time Jesus would not come back. Just the pole shift.

They said that at one point Antarctica at one point was warm, but not that far in the past. They said they had a base down there that just finally got the proof they needed to put a time to the next "shift" and that it would be happening soon.

They said that the Earth generally stops spinning on the outside for a time, creating massive Earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and tidal waves. Eventually the Sun would stop and the magnetic field of the Earth would stabilize, and the Earth´s crust would re-set itself to the inside, generally aligned with Magnetic North as its new "North Pole.

North America has generally been drifting NORTH after several of these cycles over thousands of years, one chunk at a time, one ice age at a time.

They said after the Earth Re-Sets and locks its spin back in place there is an Ice Age.

I´m sorry I´ve had to tell you all of this. My life has been ruined to say the least. I am still in a state of shock. I always thought maybe global warming, a few extra storms here and there, we could help people with disasters. I thought Nuclear War was the most we had to worry about. Boy was I wrong.

I´ll tell you more when I can. Right now its very late at night and I´m tired. I don´t think I can sleep either. But I´ll never be able to be happy again. Life as we know it, all my hopes and dreams for the future are all gone. All we have left now is survival.

Please be prepared as best as you can. I really don´t know what else to say. We´ve been warned to prepare as well as quietly as we can without arousing panic. I figure telling you people would not do anything near that, as most of you believe all of this type of stuff anyway.

Man, I really never thought it could be real. I´m still in shock. Say every prayer you know of. I am.
