Iran is reportedly preparing for an eventual Israeli airstrike against its nuclear facilities. This information
comes from an interview with an Iranian general in late October. Brigadier General Musavi, an Iranian Air
Force general told Iranian reporters in Tehran that the air force has boosted its defensive capacity to defend
that nation´s nuclear facilities in response to news reports that Israel was prepared to launch airstrikes
against the Iranian nuclear facilities. His comments were reported in the Iranian Student News Agency.
