The 2003 Libra ingress for Jakarta is almost the exact reverse of that for New York City. At Jakarta: AP = AS = MC = SU = SA/PL! The ingress AS here = 0.18 Aries. And at New York City: AS = 29.38 Virgo, with the MC at 29.34 Gemini.
The Libra ingress SU = SA/PL direct, 9' orb. So wherever the Sun finds an angle, it brings the 'fear and threat of loss'(SA/PL) with it.
The total solar eclipse of Nov. 23, 2003 at 1.14 Sagitarrius may time events involving unrest and upsets, for both Indonesia and New York City. At New York City, eclipse Uranus culminates, while the eclipse itself hits natal Uranus(2nd house)in the chart for New York City. And at Jakarta: eclipse MC = 29.31 Leo(Regulus) = UR 29.00 Aquarius. Although this eclipse does not aspect the horoscope for Indonesia in a major way- the Saros series it belongs to does seem to have significance for this nation. (Brady gives for 8 South / Saros 152> July 14, 1787, 11:03:14 pm, GMT.
Clearly, the 2003 Libra ingress highlights Jakarta and New York City as potential flashpoints.
