Die wichtigsten Punkte:
Zuerst wird auf die Lügen des Kosovokrieges hingewiesen, die ja rel. bekannt sind was dann kommt stammt zumindest angeblich vom DOD was wohl allem Anschein nach auch stimmt. Es werden im Prinzip lediglich Begriffe geklärt, hier die Interessantesten grob übersetzt:COVERT OPERATIONS: Operationen die so geplant und ausgeführt werden um die Identität des Verantwortlichen zu verbergen oder eine plausible Dementierung zu ermöglichen. Sie unterscheiden sich von heimlichen Operationen dadurch, daß die Betonung eher auf der Verbergung der Identität des Verantworlichen liegt als auf der Verbergung der Operation.
-Warum ist es wohl wichtiger die Hintermänner zu verbergen als die Operation selbst? Wann kommt sowas wohl vor...PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSOLIDATION ACTIVITIES: Geplante psychologische Aktivitäten im Frieden und Krieg die auf die zivile Bevölkerung in Gebieten unter befreundeter Kontrolle gerichtet sind um ein erwünschtes Verhalten zu erreichen welches die militärischen Ziele und die operative Freiheit der unterstützten Befehlshaber unterstützt....
-sagt wohl alles, Manipulation in Reinstform... So drehen die den Leuten alles an was sie so vorhaben. Früher hat man die Leute auf die plumpe Art gezwungen und erpresst damit sie den Staat unterstützt haben, heute geht es anders: Der Mensch ist dem Staat freiwillig hörig. Der Mensch ist nur dazu da dem Staat zu dienen, er findet Freiheit nur durch Gehorsam dem Staat gegenüber (Hegel). Der Mensch darf nur deshalb "wählen" um ihm den Anschein zu geben er hätte Kontrolle über das was abgeht, in Wirklichkeit hat er aber rein gar nichts Relevantes zu bestimmen. Die Wahl ist also nur ein Instrument um die Bürger ruhig zu stellen.
Das Parlament gibt dem Bürger das Gefühl, daß seine Stimme einen gewissen Wert hat. Wer nicht wählt, der wählt angeblich "rechts" (was nicht stimmt), durch diesen Spruch zwingt man die Menschen dazu das System durch eigene Taten (die Wahl selbst und 5DM für jede Stimme) zu unterstützen und anzunehmen. Eine geringe Wahlbeteiligung ist nicht erwünscht, da diese indirekt eine Wahl gegen das System ist. Die Aufteilung der Parteien in "links" und "rechts" ist künstlich, "links" und "rechts" liefern These und Antithese sind also nur ein Instrument um Veränderung zu bringen und beide unter gemeinsamer Kontrolle, es ist auch eine Falle um die Menschen zu teilen (links gegen rechts, die Ursachen der Probleme des Landes werden jeweils bei der Gegenseite gesucht --> Vernebelungstaktik), und Teilung ermöglicht Beherrschung.Hier der ganze Text:

I questioned the accuracy of statements being released from NATO headquarters in
Brussels. We were told "up to 100,000" Albanians had been killed and buried in "mass
graves" in a "genocide" conducted by Slobodan Milosevic. We were told six weeks
after the bombing started that "100,000 babies" had been born to Albanian women in
primitive conditions in refugee camps. We were told "1000 bodies" had been dumped in
the Trepca mine by Serbs who had killed Albanian women and children.No bodies, not one, were found in the Trepca mine. The five refugee camps would only
hold a total of 77,000 people at any one time, and 60% of the refugees were children
under age 15. Mathematically, there is no way 100,000 babies could have been born in
those camps in six weeks time. And, after months of combing every inch of Kosovo,
only about 2300 bodies were found, they were not dumped in mass graves and many of

reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of foreign government, organizations, groups, and
individuals. The purpose of psychological operations is to induce or reinforce foreign attitudes

psychological activities in peace and war directed to enemy, friendly, and neutral audiences in
order to influence attitudes and behavior affecting the achievement of political and military

warfare and, in addition, encompass those political, military, economic, and ideological

social, economic, and psychological peculiarities but also subject to the influence of

PERCEPTIONS MANAGEMENT: (DOD) Actions to convey and/or deny selected
information and indicators to foreign audiences to influence their emotions, motives, and
objective reasoning; and to intelligence systems and leaders at all levels to influence official
estimates, ultimately resulting in foreign behaviors and official actions favorable to the
originator's objectives. In various ways, perception management combines truth projection,
