Actually I have read later reports that are very interesting.
The equipment that is coming through Burgas is not for the Macedonian army it is reinforcing the American forces. All that will go to their base near the airport.

700 vehicles!!!!!!

Most soldiers in Macedonia do have their vehicles there. If we say that 1 vehicle is per 4 soldiers minimum that makes it 2800 soldiers!!!

Isn't that a full brigade??

There are not that many soldiers there at the moment. So these would probably come later by plane.

Something else is interesting. Why Burgas?? Salonika is closer and has a direct rail link to Skopje. Salonika was the route taken by the KFOR when they came for Kosovo 2 years ago. Burgas does not have a direct rail link and it is 500km further. So why Burgas and not through a NATO ally Greece??
